Job description

The Basics
Tanium's Product Management team is actively seeking a Director, Product Management to lead Partner Integrations for the Endpoint Management portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of how Tanium's endpoint management capabilities integrate with - and amplify the value of - the world's most strategic IT and security platforms.
The successful candidate will be the product leader behind Tanium's most consequential partner-led motions in endpoint management: our deep integration with ServiceNow, including the newly announced ITOM AI Prime, powered by Tanium; our expanding Microsoft footprint, including the Tanium Connector for Microsoft Intune and the Tanium Connector for Microsoft Edge for Business; and the next wave of strategic endpoint partnerships across silicon, OS, and mobile ecosystems that will define autonomous endpoint management for the next decade.
You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Partner Engineering, Alliances, Product Marketing, Sales, and our partners' product teams to set vision, drive joint roadmaps, ship integrations that customers love, and turn each partnership into measurable platform pull-through and revenue.
A successful candidate is a strong communicator and influencer who can operate fluently across executive partner relationships, deep technical architecture conversations, and customer-facing storytelling. Must have a successful track record of shipping enterprise integrations and building partner-driven product motions at scale.
What you'll do
  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Tanium's Endpoint Management partner integrations portfolio, end to end from ideation to launch.
  • Lead Tanium's endpoint management strategy with ServiceNow, including the ITOM AI Prime, powered by Tanium joint solution - driving real-time endpoint telemetry into the ServiceNow CMDB, grounding ServiceNow AI agents in trustworthy endpoint truth, and closing the loop from detection to autonomous remediation through ServiceNow workflows.
  • Lead Tanium's endpoint management strategy with Microsoft, owning the roadmap for the Tanium Connector for Microsoft Intune (unifying visibility and management of iOS, iPadOS, Android, and ChromeOS endpoints alongside Tanium-managed compute) and the Tanium Connector for Microsoft Edge for Business (extending autonomous endpoint management and real-time visibility to the browser).
  • Drive Tanium's next wave of strategic endpoint management partnerships across silicon, OS, mobile, and browser ecosystems - defining the product investments that extend autonomous endpoint management to every device and surface our customers care about.
  • Build durable, multi-year joint product roadmaps with partner product and engineering counterparts; represent Tanium in partner technical advisory boards, executive reviews, and co-development planning.
  • Partner with Engineering and Partner Engineering to deliver high-quality, production-grade integrations that meet the bar of both Tanium and our partners' platforms.
  • Document customer use cases, product requirements, and business justifications for new integration investments; prioritize ruthlessly based on customer outcomes, joint pipeline, and platform leverage.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Alliances, and Sales to develop joint go-to-market motions, enablement, and messaging; support launches, analyst engagements, partner events (e.g., ServiceNow Knowledge, Microsoft Ignite, Tanium Converge), and customer briefings.
  • Cultivate strategic customer relationships to validate direction, surface gaps, and turn lighthouse deployments into reference architectures.
  • Establish and track KPIs - joint pipeline, attach, integration adoption, time-to-value, MTTR reduction, and platform pull-through - and use them to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage emerging trends in agentic AI, autonomous IT, and platform consolidation to shape Tanium's integration strategy and competitive differentiation.

We're looking for someone with
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Masters in Computer Science or MBA preferred.
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of total professional experience in enterprise B2B software, with at least 5 years in product management supporting a SaaS or enterprise platform.
    • Demonstrated success owning and shipping integrations or partner-led products with major ecosystem platforms (e.g., ITSM/ITOM, UEM/MDM, identity, browser, or cloud platforms).
    • Deep familiarity with the endpoint management and IT operations - including the customer workflows that span IT and Security teams.
    • Experience Microsoft endpoint and security stack (Intune, Entra, Defender, Edge for Business, Graph APIs) and/or the with the ServiceNow platform (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, Now Assist / AI Agents, certified app development, or comparable).
    • Track record of building and executing joint product roadmaps with strategic technology partners, including navigating partner governance, certification, and co-sell motions.
    • Strong fluency with APIs, connectors, identity, and data interchange patterns common to enterprise integrations.
    • Experience working with executive stakeholders both internally and at partner organizations to align on vision, secure investment, and unblock execution.
    • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, marketing, sales, and alliances without direct authority.
  • Other
    • Align with the Tanium values: we win as a team, we do the right thing, and we are unstoppable.
    • Intuition to identify greenfield (or neglected) partnership opportunities that align with Tanium's platform and present opportunities for rapid growth.
    • Willingness to take on firmly-entrenched competitors with creative approaches to technology and a tenacious pursuit to build and grow a product's customer base.
    • Ability to establish and nurture strong customer and partner champions who can serve as advocates and an informal advisory board.
    • Strong written communication, verbal communication, and executive presentation skills.
    • Adept at understanding and navigating complex organizations - both Tanium's and our partners' - in order to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders.
    • Grit; ability to deal with and overcome challenges, and to thrive in ambiguity.
