SUMMARY

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is looking for a full-time Resource Specialist to provide staffing support to a team of Client Managers, Project Managers, Staff Assessors and Partner Associates. This role is ideal for someone who has experience coordinating schedules, managing changing priorities, communicating with field personnel or project teams, and handling demanding situations with professionalism and urgency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

  • Coordinate and staff projects nationwide based on client scope, timelines, location, and staffing needs
  • Communicate with assessors, project managers, and partner associates through phone, email, and internal messaging systems
  • Monitor and manage staff availability, workload, and scheduling conflicts
  • Work closely with Project Managers and operations teams to meet critical deadlines and client expectations
  • Assign projects in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and scheduling records using Excel and internal databases
  • Quickly respond to schedule changes, urgent requests, and last-minute adjustments
  • Handle high-volume communication with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects based on deadlines and specific requirements
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to adjust work schedule to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Will be tested)
  • Prior experience in scheduling/coordinating daily tasks for Project Managers, Regional Managers, etc. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous office or administrative experience within the construction industry strongly preferred
  • Experience scheduling or coordinating personnel, field staff, inspectors, project managers, or subcontractors
  • Prior experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, construction operations, or project scheduling is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered

COMPENSATION

Salary range: $20 to $24/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
