Job description

LHH is seeking an experienced Training & Talent Development Manager for a growing multi-site organization to lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives. This role will be responsible for building scalable programs and talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership readiness, employee engagement, and long-term workforce sustainability across operations in North America. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience designing and implementing learning frameworks, leadership programs, onboarding strategies, and internal mobility initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The anticipated salary for this role is between $110,000-$130,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and execution of company-wide learning, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
· Develop scalable onboarding, manager training, and leadership development programs that improve employee readiness, engagement, and retention.
· Partner with senior leadership to identify talent gaps, assess bench strength, and support succession planning for critical roles.
· Create career development frameworks, internal mobility programs, and learning pathways that support employee growth and long-term organizational capability.
· Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital training programs using a variety of learning methods.
· Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track development metrics, and analyze program effectiveness to support continuous improvement.
· Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to align workforce development strategies with organizational needs.
· Build scalable processes, tools, and infrastructure to support the continued growth and maturity of the learning and talent development function.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
· 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related areas.
· Proven experience creating and leading leadership development and succession planning programs.
· Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and instructional design skills.
· Experience with LMS platforms, talent assessments, and learning analytics preferred.
· Professional certifications such as SHRM, CPTD/CPLP, or coaching credentials are a plus.
