ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a proactive and collaborative Director of Operations Program Management (OPM) to guide the execution of strategic operations programs. This role is essential for enabling operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated history in operations management, inclusive leadership skills, and experience executing complex programs within a fast-paced environment. This role involves some travel to ensure global alignment and partnership.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Develop and implement strategic operations programs that align with Peloton's long-term vision
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the OPM team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
  • Partner with senior leadership to define program priorities, goals, and success metrics
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple operations programs, ensuring they support strategic objectives
  • Create comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor progress and facilitate solutions to ensure successful, high-quality outcomes

  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular, clear updates on performance and milestones
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
  • Conduct regular reviews and share insights with leadership regarding risks and opportunities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and operational flow
  • Manage program budgets to ensure thoughtful and effective use of resources
  • Coordinate the allocation of personnel, balancing team workload and well-being
  • Mentor and grow a diverse team of program managers, providing clear pathways for professional development
  • Guide the sustaining process as part of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to ensure long-term product health

YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • Experience managing complex, large-scale programs within manufacturing and/or supply chain environments is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 10+ years experience in operations management, with a 5+ years history of leading teams and people
  • A deep understanding of project management methodologies and collaborative tools
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust across departments
