Provides strategic leadership and management to Operationswithin a large geographic region.The Regional Director of Operations will strive to maximize growth and profitability while responsibly managing the resources of their region according to the company and client expectations and policies.Develops and implements long andshort termstrategies to achieve financial and growth targets. Develops emerging talent and successors and creates a work environment that promotes the values of DSV.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supporting the Company strategy including growth and transformational initiatives. Develops regional strategies to align with enterprise targets. Ensures targetsareachievedand local needs are also met.

Plans andbudgetsregional financial targets. Responsible for ensuring results are achieved against targets.

Ensuresoperational excellence within and across our core services.

Ensures operational excellence through standardization of existing practices, riskassessmentand review of key metrics.
