Department Overview
Our team orchestrates the innovation strategy and engagement framework for the 8,000-member Global Products organization. We lead high-visibility initiatives-including our Global Innovation Hackathon and quarterly communications-and partner across the organization on impactful innovation showcases and projects to foster a unified, cutting-edge culture.
Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for all innovation and engagement initiatives, in partnership with leadership across the organization.
  • Own the full lifecycle of new programs, from initial ideation and piloting through to direct execution and global scaling.
  • Lead and actively manage our flagship global programs, including our AI adoption initiatives, Open Innovation Hackathon, Project Greenlight, and Global Months of Service, taking responsibility for both their strategic evolution and successful delivery.
  • Bring creative and compelling employee events to life, handling everything from the initial concept and design to hands-on coordination and post-event analysis.
  • Transform employee feedback and data into actionable insights, to shape the future of our programs.
  • Create and deliver compelling narratives and presentations to secure buy-in and inspire engagement across all organizational levels.
  • Own communications activities for Global Products including our quarterly town halls and newsletter.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a talent for spotting opportunities, a desire to challenge the status quo, and the ability to lead effective change.
  • Prior experience managing engagement and culture-focused initiatives, alongside a genuine passion for elevating the employee experience.
  • A proven ability to build influential and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and collaborators within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional program management skills, with a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Compelling storytelling and narrative-building skills tailored for a diverse global audience
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Mastery of AI tools and the ability to leverage them to drive continuous efficiency across day-to-day operations.

Target Base Salary Range: $90,000 USD - $115,000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
