This role oversees data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance workforce management and operational efficiency. The position drives strategic business initiatives by translating requirements into actionable solutions, guiding teams on analytical methodologies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Director fosters talent development, resource optimization, and continuous improvement to support organizational goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical leadership.
About the team:
The team supports Sam’s Club by leading operating model and organizational design, including structure, layers, and delivery. It develops skills frameworks and job architecture, focusing on job design, leveling, and capability taxonomy. The team drives capability building through innovative learning approaches and establishes design standards with clear decision criteria. Success is defined by creating future-state operating models via effective workforce planning and job design, implementing enterprise skills and job architecture for key job families, and delivering a reusable organizational effectiveness playbook. The team collaborates cross-functionally to align strategies and optimize workforce management outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
