This newly created leadership role offers a unique opportunity to unify engineering efforts, shape product strategy, and build a high-performing engineering organization that drives growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor engineering leadership teams across two manufacturing businesses.

Own the engineering strategy, new product development process, and full product lifecycle from concept through launch and sustaining support.

Drive collaboration between Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customers to accelerate product development and ensure successful execution.

Oversee engineering resources, project priorities, budgets, and team performance.

Champion quality, regulatory compliance (including UL certifications), and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner closely with executive leadership to align engineering priorities with company goals and growth strategies.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
