Are you an engineering leader who excels at building high-performing teams, driving new product development, and creating structure within growing organizations? We are partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a small multi-disciplinary engineering team and drive innovation across a specialized industrial product portfolio. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape engineering strategy, improve execution, and make a lasting impact on the business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of mechanical and electrical engineering professionals
  • Own and drive new product development initiatives from concept through launch
