Job description

About RUM Group Inc.
RUM Group Inc. is an AI infrastructure and video company. Its Quake AI business delivers AI compute as a service, operating AI data centers including GPU and CPU compute, storage, and networking at scale. Rumble, RUM Group's video business and the original tenant of Quake AI, provides creators and enterprises a full suite of video technologies, unlocking reach, scale, and monetization. RUM Group is building the rails of the agentic-first enterprise: the AI compute, cloud infrastructure, and trust layer for the agentic AI future, advancing RUM Group's mission to maximize the power of human imagination. For more information visit www.rum.group.
Rumble is building the future of creator-driven media, and we're looking for a Director of Product Marketing to define how our products show up in the market and drive meaningful adoption across our ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for key initiatives, including our Wallet and emerging fintech products, as well as creator tools like Rumble Studio and Rumble Ad Center.
As Director of Product Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Consumer Marketing, and Business Intelligence, translating product capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with users and drive growth. You'll help bridge the gap between what we build and how it's understood, ensuring our products are positioned clearly and competitively in an evolving media and fintech landscape.
This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll lead go-to-market efforts, influence product direction with market insights, and build a high-performing team that elevates how Rumble brings products to market. If you think about product marketing not just as messaging but as a lever for adoption, engagement, and revenue, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact here.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for key products, including Wallet, Rumble Studio, and Rumble Ad Center, from market assessment through launch and lifecycle optimization.
  • Define clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that drives adoption and positions Rumble competitively within media, creator, and fintech ecosystems.
  • Lead major product launches and releases, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring strong execution from planning through post-launch analysis.
  • Partner closely with Product, Consumer Marketing, and Business Intelligence to align on strategy, identify growth opportunities, and increase product adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations that influence product direction and go-to-market plans.
  • Influence product roadmaps by bringing a strong market and customer perspective into prioritization and feature development discussions.
  • Build and scale sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, demos, FAQs, and case studies, to support pipeline growth and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Brand teams to develop integrated campaigns that align with product narratives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, win rates, and pipeline contribution, using data to refine strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in external-facing settings, including customer meetings, events, and partner discussions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing product marketing team, including direct management of team members, fostering accountability and high performance.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, with significant experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing product marketing or cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive measurable adoption and revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, particularly within media, creator platforms, or fintech ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging executive stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Core Competencies
  • Strategic thinker who can connect product capabilities to market opportunities and business outcomes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with strong ownership over metrics and performance outcomes.
  • Leadership style that builds trust, develops talent, and scales teams effectively.
