Job description

**Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to the City of Industry, CA, for candidates residing outside of the Southern California region**
Who We Are:
SuperCare Health is the leading post-acute, in-home respiratory care provider in the Western U.S. that has been serving the healthcare needs of our ever-growing patient population for over 50 years. We specialize in respiratory and chronic disease management, delivering innovative solutions to enhance the quality of life for our patients. Our commitment to excellence has made us a trusted partner for healthcare providers across the nation.
What We're Looking For:
The Director of Enterprise Systems & Implementation will serve as the enterprise subject matter expert (SME) for Brightree and lead the strategic implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of the Brightree platform across SuperCare Health. This role is critical to driving operational efficiency, standardization, and scalability within the HME/DME business.
Reporting directly to the COO, this leader will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Revenue Cycle, IT, Clinical, and Customer Care teams to ensure successful system deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep Brightree expertise, strong HME/DME industry knowledge, and a proven track record of leading complex implementations.
What You'll Do:
Enterprise Leadership & Transformation
  • Own and drive the enterprise-wide Brightree (or core system) strategy, positioning it as a critical enabler of SuperCare Health's operational excellence and growth
  • Act as a change leader, proactively identifying gaps, challenging the status quo, and driving organization-wide transformation initiatives
  • Partner directly with the COO and executive leadership to align system capabilities with strategic priorities

Implementation Ownership & Execution
  • Lead full lifecycle implementation efforts, including vision-setting, planning, execution, and sustained optimization across all locations and departments
  • Establish clear implementation frameworks, timelines, and accountability structures to ensure successful, on-time adoption
  • Anticipate risks and proactively remove barriers to execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Change Management & Adoption
  • Champion a culture of adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Design and lead comprehensive change management strategies that drive behavioral change-not just system usage
  • Hold leaders and teams accountable for adoption, standardization, and adherence to defined workflows

Training & Capability Building
  • Build and scale a structured training ecosystem that ensures all employees-from frontline staff to leadership-are confident and proficient in system use
  • Develop role-based training programs, certification pathways, and ongoing education to reinforce best practices
  • Partner with department leaders to embed training into onboarding, performance management, and daily operations

Process Standardization & Optimization
  • Lead the design and enforcement of standardized workflows across intake, billing, customer care, and operations
  • Continuously evaluate system utilization to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation
  • Drive measurable improvements in productivity, accuracy, and customer/patient experience

Cross-Functional Influence
  • Serve as the central point of accountability between Operations, Revenue Cycle, IT, Clinical, and Customer Care teams
  • Influence and align stakeholders at all levels to ensure consistent execution of system and process changes
  • Act as the primary liaison with external partners, including Brightree, to advocate for system enhancements and support

Performance Management & Accountability
  • Define and track KPIs related to system adoption, operational efficiency, and financial performance
  • Use data and reporting to drive decision-making, identify gaps, and enforce accountability across teams
  • Regularly present progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership

Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team responsible for implementation, training, and ongoing system support
  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Set clear expectations and drive accountability for results
