About the Role
We're looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, Taboola, X, Reddit, etc.. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can think strategically and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute.
Why Join Us

  • Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns and driving measurable revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication skills, able to influence both peers and leadership

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
  • Gain a deep understanding of our accounts, clients, and growth levers
  • Identify immediate opportunities to improve performance and efficiency
  • Establish credibility with the team and begin driving accountability
  • Launch and iterate on new testing strategies across key channels
  • Bring structure and clarity to performance tracking and reporting
