New Senior Living Facility in Fayetteville, NY

Salary: $63,000- $65,000 annually

Responsibilities:
A new Senior Living Community located in Fayetteville, NY is seeking a full-time Director of Dining Services to plan, organize, implement, evaluate and direct all physical and social aspects of the dining services department. 

Experience/Required Qualifications: 

·        Five (5) or more years of culinary management in the hospitality industry with experience supervising a team

·        Three (3) or more years' experience in food service management required

·        Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or company standards

·        Knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking, and service

·        Obtain Food Handlers Permit (as required by state regulations)

·        Certification for food handling (ServSafe)
