CFKC offers in-center hemodialysis, home hemodialysis, and peritoneal dialysis services. We are committed to providing unrivaled dialysis care to improve the quality of life for those with End-Stage Renal Disease.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Multi-site (Moderate Travel Required)

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Patient Services to lead operations across multiple dialysis facilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role ensures compliance, delivers exceptional patient care, and drives operational efficiency and growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Oversee daily operations for multiple dialysis units
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
  • Mentor and manage Nurse Managers
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets
  • Manage financial performance and cost containment
