Position Title: ASSISTANT FACILITIES DIRECTOR  

Salary: $83,000 - $93,000

Pay Grade: 15 

Other Forms of Compensation:  BONUS

Job Summary

This individual will be responsible for assisting the Director in oversight of the operational needs of the facility. They will serve as one of the liaisons between the sector and the client, providing the highest possible level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administers and directs programs to manage the operation
  • Provides guidance, training, and motivation to staff
  • Successfully provides effective client rapport to build a mutually beneficial business relationship
  • Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
  • Performs other duties as assigned 


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
  • Ability to multi-task, establish priorities
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • P&L accountability knowledge- highly desirable
  • Contract-managed service experience - highly desirable
