The Delaney Georgetown is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dynamic Director of Health Services to lead our clinical team and champion excellence in resident care. This leadership role oversees all nursing operations within the community, ensuring residents receive the highest quality care while fostering a supportive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.

What You'll Do
As the Director of Health Services, you will:
  • Lead, coach, and develop all healthcare team members.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
  • Direct and support the Nurse Manager, LPN/LVN Care Partners, Quality of Life Specialists, Medication Assistants (CMAs), and Health Services Associates.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling to meet resident needs.
  • Serve as the clinical educator, leading ongoing staff education, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate implementation and continuous success of the Heartfelt Connections™ Memory Care Program.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead quality assurance and performance improvement efforts within nursing services.
  • Assess resident care needs and coordinate appropriate levels of care.
  • Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to develop personalized care plans.
  • Promote a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and resident-centered care.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a healthcare leader who combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for serving seniors.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or strong and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
  • Previous experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Care leadership role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Passion for creating exceptional resident experiences and supporting staff success.
