DIRECTOR OF FIRM OPERATIONS – BATON ROUGE, LA

DIRECT HIRE

$75,000-$100,000/year depending on experience

Monday through Friday | Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing and recruiting firm, is currently hiring for a Director of Firm Operations for a respected law firm in the Baton Rouge area. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the firm's administrative, financial, and operational functions while working closely with the Attorney/Owner to support growth, efficiency, and exceptional client service.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm
  • Develop and improve office policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies

Financial Management

  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
