Reports To: Vice President of Marketing & Communications
Status: Exempt/ Full Time/ Hybrid
Location: Corporate (Bensalem, PA)
Healthcare Services Group (NASDAQ: HCSG) is building the next generation of its Marketing & Communications organization, and we're looking for a strategic marketing leader to help shape the next chapter.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, the Director of Content & Digital Marketing serves as the operational leader for external marketing across a growing portfolio of national brands. This individual will lead integrated marketing strategy, campaign development, digital marketing, creative direction, and brand storytelling that strengthen market presence, generate engagement, and support business growth.
What You'll Do
As the Director of Content & Digital Marketing, you'll lead the organization's external marketing efforts by:
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support growth across multiple brands and business units.
  • Leading campaign strategy from concept through execution across digital, social, email, web, advertising, and emerging marketing channels.
  • Overseeing brand storytelling, thought leadership, demand generation, recruiting marketing, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Directing creative strategy for campaigns, websites, presentations, digital assets, videos, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), CRM insights, analytics, and marketing automation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Partnering with the Brand Manager to develop marketing initiatives that support the unique goals of each business while maintaining consistency across the organization.
  • Identifying new technologies, marketing tactics, and opportunities to expand audience reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Building scalable marketing processes that support organizational growth and future acquisitions.

  • Proven success managing marketing teams and developing high-performing talent.
  • Experience supporting business development, lead generation, and integrated marketing strategies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Expert knowledge of integrated marketing strategy, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and brand management.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Strong understanding of website strategy, analytics, campaign reporting, and digital performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, and digital content creation tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple brands and competing priorities.
