This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content leader to build and scale content as a measurable growth engine in a global, remote-first environment. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and brand consistency across multiple channels. You will lead content initiatives spanning web, SEO, social media, email, and video while directly influencing business growth through data-driven decision-making. Working cross-functionally with teams across growth, product, and compliance, you will help shape content strategies that drive meaningful results. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and enjoys combining creativity with performance metrics and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

The Head of Content will be responsible for owning and optimizing content performance across the entire customer journey, ensuring that content initiatives contribute directly to acquisition, engagement, and business growth.

  • Define and execute a content strategy focused on measurable business outcomes, including organic traffic growth, content-attributed sign-ups, and engagement metrics.
  • Take full ownership of SEO initiatives, including keyword rankings, search visibility, organic traffic targets, and domain authority growth.
  • Develop and manage a scalable content production framework, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence across web, social media, email, and video channels.
  • Establish and maintain editorial standards, ensuring content quality, accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop content creators and editors while setting clear performance objectives and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor and optimize channel-specific engagement metrics, including email performance, social interactions, and video consumption.
  • Build comprehensive reporting frameworks to communicate content performance, conversion impact, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with growth, product, and compliance teams to align content initiatives with acquisition objectives and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong content leadership experience with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact through content and SEO initiatives.

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or content production roles, including at least 3 years leading a content function at Head or Director level.
  • Proven experience in fintech, crypto, digital banking, or other highly regulated and fast-growing industries.
  • Demonstrated success in improving acquisition metrics such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, search rankings, and content-driven customer acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in technical and content SEO, including strategy development and execution against measurable targets.
  • Hands-on experience producing and managing content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and video platforms.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to use data and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, digital banking, and financial technology topics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in an international and remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection, dedicated workspace, and suitable technical setup for remote work.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote, full-time opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
  • Flexible work schedule and strong emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Generous paid time off policy to support personal well-being and recharge time.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative technologies with global impact.
  • Collaborative and high-performing international team environment.
  • Annual learning and development budget to support conferences, courses, books, and professional growth initiatives.
  • High levels of autonomy and ownership within a fast-growing, globally distributed organization.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge developments in fintech, digital banking, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
