The Director of Engineering will lead and oversee all engineering functions within the SUV division, ensuring the design, development, and implementation of innovative systems and solutions.   • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and managing high performance work systems and teams
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, CAD, Procore etc.)
  • Preferred but not required Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
