Job description

) Medical Facilities of America, a leading healthcare management company for post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, is currently seeking an experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services to support skilled nursing facilities in the greater Virginia Beach, VA area.
As the Regional Director of Clinical Services, you will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, advising, and recommending actions to ensure the highest practicable level of patient care outcomes. This role supports clinical excellence by facilitating implementation of and ensuring compliance with all MFA clinical programs across assigned centers.

What you'll do
  • Assess, plan, evaluate, and recommend clinical initiatives to improve patient care outcomes across the region.
  • Facilitate implementation of and ensure compliance with all MFA clinical programs.
  • Assist center management with the development of action plans following audits and monitor follow-up activities.
  • Plan and support clinical training for department staff and facility teams as indicated.
  • Prepare reports related to center visits, progress, and areas of clinical focus as requested.
  • Collaborate in the planning, evaluation, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Assist company leadership in formulating policies governing nursing services.
  • Support center administrative teams with survey management and the development of plans of correction.

What you need
  • Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia required; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in nursing administration and education.
  • Experience in post-acute, geriatric, and rehabilitation settings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel.
