Position Overview
Ennoble Care is hiring an AI & Clinical Informatics Manager to serve as a high-velocity tactical partner to the Chief Product and Clinical Strategy Officer. This is a role for a proactive builderโ€”someone who can take a clinical or operational objective, independently map out the solution, and personally deploy AI/automation tools to achieve it. You will be the hands-on owner for high impact workstreams, driving immediate efficiency gains through rapid prototyping and end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent Project Ownership: Act as a "scouter" for the executive team, taking high-level goals and executing them from start to finish with minimal daily guidance.
  • Direct Solution Building: Personally design, configure, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using systems such as Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
  • Adoption & Change Management: Own the "last mile" of tech; train staff on the tools you build and iterate based on their direct feedback.

Definition of Success

  • Autonomy: Ability to "figure it out" and move projects forward without a step-by-step roadmap.
  • Velocity: Rapid transition from a whiteboard concept to a functional, deployed tool.
  • Efficiency: Quantifiable time savings, error reduction, and or other financial and operational gains across non-clinical and administrative workflows.

Reporting

This position reports to the Chief Product and Clinical Strategy Officer. While there are no initial direct reports, you will be expected to lead cross-functional projects independently.

Example Initiatives

  • Clinical Documentation & Care Plan Support: Create tools that pre-populate structured clinical documentation, care plans, and problem lists to reduce cognitive load and improve consistency while preserving clinician judgment.
  • Risk Stratification & Panel Management: Prototype workflows that surface high-risk patients based on diagnoses, utilization patterns, and care gaps to support proactive clinical decision-making.
  • Clinical Intake & Triage Automation: Build agents that ingest referrals, clinical summaries, and prior utilization data to assist with triage, visit prioritization, and routing to the appropriate clinical team.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in consulting, product, analytics, or healthcare operations.
  • The "Maker" DNA: Proven experience building in low-code/no-code environments (e.g., Copilot, Zapier, Keragon).
  • High Technical Curiosity: A self-starter who experiments with new LLM models and automation tools independently.
  • Analytical Communication: Ability to talk to clinical leaders, understand their pain points, and translate them into a logical workflow.
  • Independent Contributor: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for both the strategy and the execution.

Pay Rate: Starting at $150,000/yr plus bonuses

Full-time employees qualify for the following benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision and supplementary benefits such as Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and Dependent Care, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity.
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Office Holidays

All employees qualify for these benefits:

  • Paid Sick Time
  • 401(k) with up to 3% company match
  • Referral Program
  • Payactiv: pay-on-demand. Cash out earned money when and where you need it!

Candidates must disclose any current or future need for employment-based immigration sponsorship (including, but not limited to, OPT, STEM OPT, or visa sponsorship) before an offer of employment is extended.
