Director of Client Services

Location: Hybrid – Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 annually

Prisma is seeking an experienced Director of Client Services to lead our Account Management team and help deliver exceptional experiences for clients who rely on us for print, marketing, direct mail, and logistics solutions. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Account Management, this leadership role will partner closely with sales, operations, and production teams to drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team and Executive Coordinator
  • Partner with sales, operations, and production teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and support strategic client growth initiatives
  • Resolve client and operational challenges proactively and effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate across departments to support seamless execution and exceptional service
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in print management, print production, direct mail, marketing services, or a related industry (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of account management, project workflows, customer engagement, and developing client-facing teams
  • Experience with CRM, project management, and business systems
  • Ability to quickly learn our programs: Pace, Salesforce, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM, and HubSpot.
