Who are we looking for...

We are seeking a senior transformation leader with a strong track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide change across people, process, and technology. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, executive presence, and the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable outcomes in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment. This role requires strong influencing skills, comfort working with senior leadership, and the ability to manage multiple transformation streams simultaneously. Regular travel is expected.

Role Overview

The Director, Business Transformation is accountable for shaping, leading, and delivering the organisation's business transformation agenda. This role owns the translation of strategic priorities into structured transformation programs that improve operational effectiveness, enable growth, and maximise return on investment across systems, processes, and ways of working.

Reporting to VP of IT, the Director will provide leadership across change management, business process improvement, enterprise systems enablement, and benefits realisation. The role partners closely with Executive Leadership, Operations, IT, Finance, and People & Culture to ensure transformation initiatives are aligned, adopted, and embedded sustainably across the business.

This role also provides people leadership and functional direction to transformation and change resources, ensuring consistent methodologies, rigorous governance, and high-quality execution.

 

Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven senior leadership experience in business transformation, operational excellence, or large-scale change roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-year transformation programs in operational environments.
  • Strong experience with ERP and enterprise systems enablement.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in benefits realisation and value tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (valid passport essential).

$151,299 - $175,265 a year
"The pay range for this position is $151,299 to $176,265 base salary with potential eligible bonus incentive. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
