  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across all label functions โ€” including A&R, marketing, publicity, distribution, legal, and finance โ€” to drive cross-functional alignment and execution both within the QC eco-system and cross-functionally with functions in Nashville and Santa Monica teams.
  • Prepare briefings, status updates, and decision-support materials that distill complex operational data into clear, executive-ready insights for the President of Music.
  • Partner with A&R and marketing teams on release planning and project management, ensuring milestones, timelines, and cross-departmental deliverables are tracked and executed.
  • Liaise with distribution partners, DSPs, and publishing teams to support delivery requirements, clearances, and timelines for new releases.
  • Coordinate between leadership and legal and business affairs on contract execution, deal tracking, option windows, and term deadlines; flag risks and ensure timely action on key milestones.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, including facilities, equipment, and administrative resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational continuity.
  • Partner with Human Resources on staffing, onboarding, team structure, and employee experience to support a high-performing and engaged Atlanta-based team.
  • Analyze operational trends, surface risks and opportunities, and develop evidence-based recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent operational priorities in senior leadership discussions and serve as a connector across the organization, removing roadblocks and enabling the team to focus on their highest-value work.
  • Oversee team of 2-3 employees, providing management and delegating tasks to support operational needs of the organization.
