About The Role:

As the Director, Brand Management at Feastables, you will operate as a business leader first and a marketer second. This role owns the commercial health of the brand, including portfolio strategy, pricing, innovation, distribution, and overall business performance.

You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, making tradeoff decisions, and driving execution across the business. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product Development, you will help determine where Feastables competes, how it wins, and how it scales. You obsess about your team being the ones to find the opportunity, and ensuring it comes to fruition.

This role is ideal for someone on a General Management career path who wants broad ownership of a consumer brand and enjoys operating at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own brand performance across revenue, margin, market share, and growth objectives
  • Develop and execute portfolio strategy, including product mix, innovation priorities, and lifecycle management
  • Partner closely with Brand Equity and Communications teams to ensure positioning and messaging support business objectives
  • Lead annual and long-range business planning for the Feastables portfolio
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively drive cross-functional action to capture them
  • Define seasonal, promotional, and limited-time offering strategies in partnership with Sales and commercial teams
  • Shape future product innovation and roadmap decisions alongside Product Development and Innovation teams
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and assortment decisions in partnership with Finance and Sales
  • Ensure brand strategy aligns with distribution and channel expansion priorities
  • Establish and monitor business and consumer performance metrics
  • Drive decision-making across competing priorities, investments, and growth opportunities
  • Manage brand investments and resource allocation to maximize long-term business impact

Recipe For Success

  • 10+ years of experience in CPG brand management, brand development, category management, or general management-track leadership roles
  • Direct ownership of brand, business unit, or category P&L performance
  • Experience making business decisions across product, pricing, portfolio, and commercial strategy
  • Proven track record translating consumer insights into profitable growth opportunities
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, margin, and brand equity
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, make decisions, and drive action in ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Clear aspiration toward broader General Management leadership responsibilities
  • Passion for creator-led brands, consumer trends, and the evolving media landscape
