Job description

MrBeast is building one of the most powerful consumer and services ecosystems in the world, spanning media, consumer products, financial services, telecom, loyalty, and brand partnerships.

As VP of Brand Partnerships, you will originate and close high-value partnerships across this ecosystem. This role exists to convert cultural reach into revenue by structuring and securing integrated deals across media, IP, products, and experiences.

You will operate as a senior individual contributor with direct ownership of pipeline and deal outcomes. This role is designed for a leader who can source, sell, and close complex partnerships with global brands while influencing internal teams to bring those deals to life.

The Role

As the VP of Brand Partnerships, you will be responsible for the identification, structuring, and execution of holistic brand partnerships that span branded integrations, premium media packages, IP licensing, co-productions, and product collaborations. This role operates as a senior individual contributor with direct ownership of originating and closing high-value deals with major global brands.

This position demands a commercially driven leader capable of building and converting a pipeline of strategic opportunities, creating long-term, high-value partnerships that result in innovative and impactful 360 campaigns across Beast Industries' content ecosystem and IP. Success in this role is defined by the ability to translate reach into revenue through structured, scalable partnership deals.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver against individual revenue targets through pipeline development, deal conversion, and closed business
  • Proactively source and develop new partnership opportunities with global brands, agencies, and strategic partners
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles from outbound prospecting through negotiation and contract execution
  • Structure and sell integrated partnership deals across branded content, media, IP licensing, product collaboration, and production
  • Build and present clear, outcome-driven partnership proposals aligned to partner business objectives and ROI
  • Develop and grow relationships with senior stakeholders, driving renewals, upsell, and expanded partnerships over time
  • Partner closely with Partner Solutions, Creative, Production, Legal, and Sales Operations to execute complex, multi-dimensional deals
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility, forecasting, and deal tracking across your portfolio
  • Influence cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver against partnership commitments

What You'll Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in partnerships, media sales, or revenue roles with direct responsibility for closing business
  • A proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing multi-million dollar partnerships with global brands
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline generation and full-cycle deal execution in a high-value sales environment
  • Experience selling integrated offerings such as media, branded content, sponsorships, or IP-driven partnerships
  • Strong commercial and negotiation judgment with the ability to structure complex, multi-year agreements
  • Executive-level communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and C-suite partners
  • Deep understanding of media monetization, branded content, and partnership-based revenue models
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver complex deals that require coordination across multiple teams
  • Ability to operate independently while driving revenue outcomes in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments

The target total compensation ranges from $423,750 - $533,750, including an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
