Director of Behavioral Health/Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMHC), Sullivan, IN
Signet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is pleased to be partnering with Sullivan Hospital to manage an Outpatient Adult & Senior Adult Behavioral Health programs in Sullivan, IN.
Immediate opportunities for a full-time Director of Behavioral Health/Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LMHC). Monday - Friday, Onsite.

Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the two units
  • Providing group therapy
  • Supervision of program staff
  • Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal and licensing agency regulatory standards
  • Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the programs.

Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Valid Indiana licensure in social work or professional counseling required.
  • Previous management/supervisory experience highly preferred.
  • Expertise in the needs of geriatric and adult populations.
