Marketing Operations Manager
Join Mölnlycke as a Marketing Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in driving commercial success within the Advanced Wound Care segment.
This highly analytical and strategic position is designed to elevate the Marketing organization by building best-in-class processes, insights, forecasting capabilities, and operational rigor. You will partner across Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, and other functions to streamline workflows, optimize decision-making, and deliver actionable market intelligence that drives competitive advantage.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges, leveraging data to uncover opportunities, and designing scalable processes that improve organizational effectiveness. Key Accountabilities
Marketing Process Optimization
  • Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and roll out new tools/technologies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor best-in-class budgeting and forecasting processes to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Design scalable workflows, governance models, and reporting frameworks that improve operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead process standardization initiatives that enhance collaboration across cross-functional teams and support sustained business growth

Market Analytics & Insights
  • Maintain and improve the organization's ability to understand market dynamics, competitive activity, market share trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Simplify and streamline data access, reporting, and analysis to support timely business decisions.
  • Regularly report on market share positions and key performance indicators.
  • Develop actionable market insights by analyzing competitors, industry trends, customer segments, channel performance, and emerging opportunities.

Marketing Technology Implementation

  • Coordinate with organizational stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Strategic Planning & Forecasting
  • Support annual and long-range strategic planning processes through robust analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Develop models, frameworks, and insights that improve forecast accuracy and support investment decisions.
  • Partner with commercial leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends impacting business performance.

Business Reporting
  • Identify strategic ROI activities, measure success, and support/refine ongoing reporting.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Marketing Performance Metrics
  • Develop and manage reporting to generate marketing performance insights and identify strategies for enhancing performance.
  • Incorporate a profitability lens into marketing team strategies and operations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred
  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience in marketing, commercial operations, business analytics, market intelligence, strategic planning, forecasting, or related functions, preferably within the medical device industry. Demonstrated experience translating data into actionable business insights and driving process improvements is strongly preferred
  • Candidates should have sales / marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably medical devices
  • Requires 25-30% travel
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required credentialing to perform job
  • Strong preference for Metro Atlanta candidate. If remote, the employee must be able to travel to the Atlanta office at least once monthly and more if required for special projects or circumstances.
