Job description

This role is a critical marketing operations and coordination role responsible for keeping Zappos' full-funnel marketing engine running with precision and accountability. This person serves as the connective tissue across marketing teams, ensuring campaigns are planned on time, cross-functional dependencies are met, and creative work moves forward with clarity and confidence.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. On any given week, the Marketing Operations Manager might be facilitating a Tier 1 marketing strategy session, resolving a dependency blocker with the Buying team, or working with channel leads to improve how they use Workfront. - Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
