Position:
Marketing Operations Manager
Job Description:
Arrow Supply Chain is a leading provider of global supply chain solutions, helping businesses optimize and manage complex operations across industries. Our marketing team supports Arrow Global Supply Chain Solutions, SiliconExpert, and Converge-driving engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to own the governance, execution, and optimization of our marketing operations ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing and advancing our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot execution, process governance, and Salesforce integration, while providing secondary support and guidance on WordPress.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in building scalable processes, ensuring data integrity, and operationalizing marketing strategies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Marketing Operations Governance & Strategy
  • Own and evolve marketing operations governance, including campaign structure, lifecycle stages, data standards, and process compliance across all brands.
  • Establish scalable frameworks for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting consistency.
  • Act as the central authority for marketing operations best practices, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.

HubSpot Execution & Salesforce Integration
  • Serve as the primary platform owner for HubSpot, including hands-on configuration and execution of workflows, automation, and backend processes.
  • Build, manage, and optimize lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead routing, attribution, and pipeline visibility.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve system performance, automation logic, and data synchronization.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling.

Marketing Technology & Integrations
  • Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot as the core execution platform.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, integrations, and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain system architecture and ensure all tools are aligned with business and reporting needs.

WordPress & Web Support
  • Provide secondary support and guidance on WordPress, partnering with internal or external web teams.
  • Ensure proper integration between WordPress and HubSpot for forms, tracking, and lead capture.
  • Contribute to conversations around website optimization, conversion paths, and UX from a marketing operations perspective (not primary developer or owner).

Analytics, Data Integrity & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
  • Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.

Process Optimization & Enablement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Enable marketing and sales teams through scalable processes, documentation, and training on tools and systems.
  • Support cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless execution from campaign launch through revenue attribution.

Cross-Brand Support
  • Partner with marketing leaders across Arrow Global Supply Chain Solutions, SiliconExpert, and Converge to translate business objectives into operational execution.
  • Ensure consistent processes, measurement, and performance optimization across all brands.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or similar roles.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (required), including workflows, automation, and system configuration.
  • Experience managing HubSpot-Salesforce integrations and understanding of CRM data structures and lead management processes.
  • Solid working knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to support (but not lead) web initiatives.
  • Knowledge of marketing compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Strong understanding of marketing data, attribution, lead scoring, and funnel optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and enforce scalable processes and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B marketing, especially within technology, manufacturing, or supply chain industries.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
  • Experience with advanced reporting tools, BI platforms, or SQL.
