Job description

Join our team as a Cleanroom Manufacturing Associate and play a crucial role in producing high-quality medical devices that positively impact patients' lives. This position offers a rewarding environment focused on precision, teamwork, and strict adherence to quality standards within a controlled cleanroom setting. If you are dedicated to manufacturing excellence and eager to support innovative healthcare solutions, this is an ideal opportunity.

Shift: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm w OT on Fridays

4/10 Schedule

Pay starting at $21.00/hr depending on experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing process instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Operate small hand tools, calibrated instruments, microscopes, and test fixtures with precision and care.
  • Perform in-process quality checks, identify issues early, and communicate concerns promptly to ensure product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and controlled environment by following strict gowning and cleanroom protocols.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives by suggesting methods and procedure enhancements.
  • Document all work accurately, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with potential overtime on Fridays.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly and inspection.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, microscopes, and calibration instruments.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality protocols.
  • Effective communication skills to identify and report issues clearly.
  • Commitment to working safely and responsibly in a regulated environment.
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety, GMP, and cleanroom protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in medical device manufacturing or other regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.
