Responsibilities

At Keysight, we help innovators unlock new technologies by delivering trusted measurement insights rooted in technical excellence and operational discipline. We are seeking a Global Contract Manufacturing NPI Manager who brings strong ownership, systems thinking, and a continuousimprovement mindset to help scale new products into highvolume production through our global Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners.

This role is critical to ensuring that new products transition smoothly from development to mass production with predictable outcomes across quality, cost, delivery, and manufacturability.


Role Overview

The Global Contract Manufacturing NPI Manager partners closely with Strategic and Operational CM Management teams, NPI Project Teams, and Technology Order Fulfillment (TOF) to execute NPI programs through global CMs. The role leads CM engagement from early development through full production ramp, ensuring alignment with Keysight technology requirements and business objectives.

You will work across regions—including close collaboration with teams in Penang, Malaysia—to drive consistent execution, strengthen CM partnerships, and support Keysight’s longterm supply chain and manufacturing strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the introduction of new products into mass production via global Contract Manufacturers, ensuring delivery against schedule, cost, quality, yield, and readiness requirements.
  • Partner with Strategic and Operational CM Management to identify and execute CMrelated initiatives that support Keysight’s business and technology roadmap.
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment across engineering, supply chain, sourcing, operations, and NPI program teams.
  • Engage early with NPI and CM partners to support design for manufacturability, quality, and cost (“Shift Left”), reducing downstream risk and rework.
  • Oversees CM manufacturing readiness and build execution, including supply chain alignment, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Develop and deploy timetomarket and costreduction strategies across NPI programs.
  • Lead and manage quarterly CM performance reviews, including metrics related to schedule adherence, yield, quality, cost, and execution.
  • Strengthen CM partnerships while maintaining clear performance expectations and accountability.

Success in this role is measured by:
Ontime NPI launches, production readiness, yield and quality performance, cost discipline, and effective CM execution.
