Job description

Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer logistischen Wertschöpfungskette und verantworten die strategische Steuerung unserer nationalen und internationalen Logistikpartner sowie ausgewählter Execution-Bereiche – von Inbound über Distribution bis hin zu globalen Transportflüssen.

Tragen Sie aktiv dazu bei, die zukünftige Aufstellung unserer Logistik zu gestalten!

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategic Supplier Management: Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Strategie für Logistikdienstleister inklusive Auswahl, Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung strategischer Partner sowie Aufbau langfristiger und leistungsfähiger Geschäftsbeziehungen.

  • Logistics Network Management: End-to-End-Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Logistiknetzwerke mit Fokus auf Transparenz, Performance, Qualität und Kosten entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette.

  • International Transport Execution: Steuerung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Transportabwicklung (Import/Export) einschließlich Sicherstellung regulatorischer Anforderungen und operativer Exzellenz.

  • Performance & Governance Management: Definition, Einführung und Steuerung eines integrierten KPI- und Reporting-Systems sowie Entwicklung und Überwachung von SLAs, Bonus-/Malus-Modellen und Governance-Strukturen. Durchführung von Performance Reviews und strategischen Business Reviews mit Logistikpartnern.

  • Complaint & Incident Management: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Complaint-, Deviation- und Incident-Managements zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung von Servicequalität, Stabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit.

  • Risk, Resilience & Business Continuity: Implementierung eines ganzheitlichen Supplier Risk Managements einschließlich Risikoanalysen, Business-Continuity-Konzepten, Backup-Szenarien und Maßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Resilienz entlang der Supply Chain.

  • Logistics Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines nachhaltigen Logistics-Excellence-Systems auf Basis bewährter Lean-Management-Methoden (z. B. Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management, PDCA). Identifikation, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsinitiativen zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung von Qualität, Produktivität, Servicegrad und Effizienz über das gesamte Logistiknetzwerk hinweg.

  • Transformation & Future Logistics: Aktive Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen Logistikstrategie sowie Leitung bereichsübergreifender Transformations- und Optimierungsprojekte zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und Technologien.

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im strategischen Logistik-, Supply-Chain- oder Supplier-Management

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse internationaler Transport-, Distributions- und Netzwerkmodelle

  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Logistikdienstleister sowie in Vertrags-, Governance- und Performance-Modellen

  • Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern (z. B. Pharma, Healthcare oder Life Sciences) von Vorteil

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Implementierung von Continuous-Improvement- bzw. Operational-Excellence-Systemen (z. B. Lean, Kaizen, 5S)

  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken

  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke

  • Fähigkeit, strategische Steuerung mit operativer Nähe zu verbinden

  • Souveräner Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
