About the Role:

The Director, Logistics Initiatives provides leadership and ownership of key projects and programs within the North America Operations Annual Operating Plan. This role focuses on Distribution and Logistics initiatives, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to operational priorities. The Director partners with cross-functional teams and engages with executives and stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic initiatives, support business case development, and deliver measurable ROI.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Logistics Initiatives programs for North America Operations, providing end-to-end program and project management for Distribution and Logistics initiatives aligned to the Annual Operating Plan

  • Partner with Operations and executive leadership to define initiative scope, objectives, timing, resource needs, and success measures

  • Partner with Senior Director and Finance Team to develop and support business cases for major Distribution and Logistics initiatives, including ROI analysis, cost/benefit modeling, payback considerations, and risk assessment

  • Manage initiatives to approved scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with approved business cases and financial commitments

  • Establish and maintain project governance, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution

  • Facilitate steering committees and working teams to drive decision-making, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum across initiatives

  • Track, analyze, and report initiative performance, including progress against milestones, financial performance, risks, and benefits realization

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, senior leaders, and functional users, to ensure common understanding of priorities, progress, and outcomes

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Distribution, Logistics, Operations, Buying, Planning, Finance, IT, and other partners to ensure initiatives are executable and sustainable

  • Drive continuous improvement in program and project management practices, applying lessons learned and best practices to improve future initiative delivery

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related consulting roles

  • Experience interacting with executives and stakeholders at all levels of an organization

  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting strategic initiatives with measurable impact

  • Experience developing business cases, financial analyses, or ROI calculations for projects

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred

  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMI) are a plus

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across functional areas and executive levels

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset

  • Some North America travel required to support project planning and/or execution
