Position Overview
SoftWash Hawaii is seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to develop, grow, and manage a defined territory on Oahu
This is not an entry-level sales position.
This is not a role for someone waiting to be handed opportunities.
We are seeking a professional who can:

Conduct Property Evaluations
  • Meet with residential and commercial clients
  • Evaluate roofing systems, gutters, siding, solar panels, windows, walkways, and exterior surfaces
  • Identify conditions affecting asset longevity and appearance]

Develop Recommendations
  • Create customized maintenance recommendations
  • Present proposals professionally

Manage Sales Activities

All Territory Managers participate in weekly sales reviews.

The purpose is to provide coaching, remove obstacles, and support success.
Accountability & Performance Management
SoftWash Hawaii believes in providing clear expectations, regular coaching, and measurable performance standards.
All Territory Managers participate in weekly sales reviews and monthly performance reviews.
These reviews are designed to provide coaching, identify obstacles, support professional growth, and ensure alignment with company expectations.
Employees who fail to maintain established performance standards will receive coaching, performance feedback, and additional support when appropriate.
However, sustained failure to meet minimum performance expectations will likely result in corrective action up to and including termination of employment.
The company reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action based on performance trends, individual circumstances, business needs, and other relevant factors.
While legitimate circumstances may occasionally affect performance, Territory Managers who consistently fail to meet established expectations will likely not remain in the position.
Required Qualifications
  • Must currently reside on Oahu
  • Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience
  • Proven closing experience
  • Demonstrated history of achieving revenue goals
  • Self-managed and accountable
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid Hawaii Drivers License
  • Clean drivers abstract
