Role Description:

This role is a hybrid hands-on implementation and AI transformation position.The team is looking for a senior leader within the team to help manage our growing volume of new clients, including leading several data implementation specialists in the performance of their responsibilities.Thesuccessful candidate will directlybe responsible formultiple projects, across all data domains and capabilities.In parallel,they will beredesigning how implementations are executed using Agentic AI and LLM-enabled workflows.This role blends execution

credibility, systems thinking, and measurable change delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-On Implementation Delivery

  • Deliver end-to-end client implementation projects, including requirements analysis, data onboarding, configuration, validation, and reconciliation.

  • Operate existing tools, playbooks, and controls firsthand to understand delivery constraints and risks.

  • Build credibility with clients and delivery teams through direct ownership of outcomes.

AI-Driven Implementation Transformation

  • Identifymanual, repetitive, or high-friction activities across the implementation lifecycle.

  • Design, prototype, and apply Agentic AI and LLM-driven workflows to reduce effort, cycle time, and rework.

  • Focus on direct execution, solution building, and rapid adoption within active delivery teams.

  • Partner with transformation and engineering teams to industrialize successful AI patterns into the standard operating model.

Productivity, Scale, and Adoption

  • Establish baseline delivery metrics and track improvements enabled by AI (e.g., cycle time, throughput, error reduction).

  • Drive measurable productivity outcomes with a target of achieving step-change (2) efficiency whilemaintainingquality and control.

  • Enable adoption through documentation, demonstrations, coaching, and influence.

Qualifications and skillsets:

Requirements:

  • ABachelor's Degreeisrequired, with preference tocomputer scienceor engineeringmajors.

  • 8+years of experienceeitherasan investment/data technologyimplementation specialistorwith directrelevantuser,development,service,oroperationexperiences.

  • Familiarity with investment data and analytics isrequired; Private markets or derivative specialities is a plus.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience applying Agentic AI or LLM-based tools to automate or augment businessprocesses, orequivalent formal training.

  • Track recordof initiating projects that enhance business workflow and improve client experiences.

  • Strongtrack recordof successfully handling and completing large and complex projects. Critical thinking and demonstratable experience using technology to solve problems at scale.

  • Shown ability to work well independently or as part of a team in an innovative, ambitious, and fast-paced environment, run multiple tasks, adapt to change, and work well under tight time restraints.

  • Comfortable working with clients and partners at all levels of the businessincluding leading senior Steercos.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience with Python and SQL preferred

For Wilmington, DE Only the salary range for this position is USD$170,000.00 - USD$225,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
