Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Americas Brew Crew is seekinga Manager, Ops Implementation, to foster effective interdepartmental workingrelationships and ensure strong execution of product and equipment roll outs tocafes, while identifying process improvements to increase guest satisfactionand optimize financial returns. This position will report to the Director ofOperational Excellence

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Work cross-functionally to providefield-level feedback and recommendations for process and performanceimprovement, while implementing new and improved processes, policies, andtraining as needed.

Lead large brand level One Systemprojects, communications, and engagement meetings

Lead store process improvementinitiatives including equipment, capacity management, store design, andworkflow

Support One System test fits, remodels,and new store opening management

Coordinate Operations-focused capitalprojects or phases of projects; ensure that the projects achieve the expectedresults and payback within the specified timeframe and on budget

Support new seasonal window roll outsand product testing

Partner with and lead relationships withvendors, using analytics and negotiation to improve operating expenses

Manage and update labor modeling, labormatrix, and Cafe Deployment models

Support our Total Quality Experience andFood Safety processes while identifying and resolving the gaps in ourOperations processes

YourIngredients

Five years of experience in fieldmanagement within the Hospitality Industry

Minimum three years of experience inOperations Management, Specialist or leadership role, preferably in theHospitality Industry

Proficient in concise written and verbalcommunication that portrays the company message and provides clear direction

Ability to identify and communicate needsthrough financial metrics and business cases in order to advocate forimprovement within the organization

Skilled in identifying the mosteffective way to complete tasks and preparing for how to overcome unexpecteddifficulties

Project management skills

Exceptional time management capabilitiesto determine what is important and urgent while managing multiple high-prioritytasks simultaneously

Ability to improve the speed ofdecision-making by clarifying and setting goals, sharing perspectives,identifying options, and creating consensus toward next steps

Foster effective interdepartmentalworking relationships to gain multiple perspectives on various projects,maintain alignment within the Home Office, Franchising, and Company Owned FieldOperations and maximize the effectiveness of contributions to the overallorganization
