The primary responsibility of the Director of OB/GYN Practices is to manage the system wide delivery of OB/GYN practices under their responsibility.  This includes management of the physicians, advanced practice providers, and the physician offices.  Responsible for setting the direction of the practices to meet system, hospital, and physician goals.  This includes physician leadership and communication, practice efficiency, function and customer service, productivity, and growth of the practices and physicians. Responsible for marketing and customer service to referring physicians.


REQUIRED: 

  1. S., B.A. degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, etc
  2. Three (3) years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years in a managerial capacity

PREFERRED:

  1. Master’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
  2. Five (5) years healthcare management experience
