The Director of Game Presentation leads the strategic vision and execution of all in-stadium entertainment, fan engagement, and live event production initiatives. This role oversees the development and delivery of immersive game-day experiences that strengthen brand identity, elevate fan satisfaction, and maximize sponsor integration opportunities across large-scale live entertainment at SoFi Stadium.
The position is responsible for end-to-end production leadership, including scripting, creative storytelling, show flow management, technology integration, vendor oversight, talent coordination, operational planning, and execution of live game presentation elements across stadium platforms, LED/Infinity Screen systems, and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Creative Direction
  • Develop and create comprehensive game presentation strategies and execution of live shows designed to elevate fan engagement, entertainment value, sponsor integrations, and organizational brand storytelling.
  • Lead annual production planning, innovation initiatives and emerging technology integration (AR, immersive video, interactive activations, and advanced LED/IPTV environments).
  • Establish KPIs and operational benchmarks to measure success across fan experience, production quality, sponsorship integration, and entertainment impact.

Live Event Production & Game Day Operations
  • Lead end-to-end execution of live game presentation including scripting, show flow, timing, programming, rehearsals, and situational entertainment strategy.
  • Manage comprehensive game-day scripts utilizing show-calling platforms (ShoFlo) and direct live coordination across production teams including replay, graphics, audio, social integration, talent operations, and control room workflows.
  • Oversee production planning meetings, technical walkthroughs, and live execution elements such as stage logistics, celebrity integrations and in-game/halftime entertainment.

Creative Content & Entertainment Production
  • Provide executive oversight for the creation and production of in-game content, storytelling features, interactive content, etc., to drive crowd energy and emotional connection in partnership with live music and performers.
  • Collaborate with music producers, creative vendors, and entertainment partners to develop custom edits, thematic audio strategies, and integrated live entertainment experiences.
  • Collaborate with on-camera talent to develop scripted segments (pregame, in-game, and halftime), provide game storylines and thematic direction, and ensure alignment with key organizational messaging and interactive sponsored features.

Sponsorship & Partner Integration
  • Lead strategic execution of sponsor activations and branded entertainment integrations across stadium programming utilizing interactive technologies, social integrations, AR experiences, and premium branded content.
  • Manage sponsored asset workflows, inventory tracking, quality control, and fulfillment processes for all in-stadium partner deliverables.
  • Partner with corporate partnerships to develop new monetizable presentation assets and experiential opportunities.

Technology & Vendor Management
  • Direct integration and operational execution of LED systems, AR platforms, social engagement platforms, replay systems, and immersive entertainment.
  • Lead production planning with stadium operations, engineering teams, and technical crews to oversee testing, implementation, quality assurance, and operational readiness of all game-day systems.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, technology partners, production agencies, and entertainment providers.

Team Leadership & Operations
  • Lead and develop game presentation staff, contractors, vendors, freelancers, and live event personnel to optimize consistency of workflows and production standards.
  • Oversee production schedules, content organization systems, asset management platforms, and post-event archival processes.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to oversee departmental budgets, operational planning, cross-functional initiatives, vendor management, resource allocation, and day-to-day organizational operations while supporting strategic decision-making and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in live sports entertainment, game presentation, broadcast production, or live event operations.
  • Proven expertise leading large-scale live productions within professional sports, entertainment venues, or broadcast environments.
  • Advanced understanding of live show execution, scripting, control room operations, and in-stadium entertainment systems.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, creative partners, and production personnel.
  • Demonstrated success in fan engagement strategy, sponsorship integration, and live entertainment innovation.
  • Experience with game presentation systems and platforms including ShoFlo, Ross Xpression, AR technologies, Tagboard, and live replay systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills in high-pressure live event environments.

Preferred Qualifications
