Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Will You Do?
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions using modern architectures, microservices, and API integrations that align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Salesforce development initiatives, establishing platform best practices and driving process improvements across the development lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce implementations.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards including automated testing frameworks (Apex tests, Lightning testing), CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, and application monitoring practices.
  • Mentor and develop engineering team members on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive technical decision-making within the Salesforce ecosystem, evaluating trade-offs and considering broad business implications.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and industry trends, and champion adoption of relevant innovations within the team.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of Salesforce solutions through data analysis, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead proof of concept efforts to validate technical approaches and deliver creative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from developers to executive stakeholders, and maintain comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Take ownership of critical Salesforce projects from conception through delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and team alignment.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications with demonstrated Salesforce platform expertise.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) strongly preferred or commitment to obtain within specified timeframe.
  • Proven track record implementing Salesforce solutions using modern architectures, microservices, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle with ability to recommend platform best practices and process improvements.
  • Experience designing Salesforce technical solutions and development strategies for complex initiatives.

What is a Must Have?
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.
  • 6 additional years of software engineering experience.
