Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit Facilities Director to lead site services operations, including janitorial and environmental services, within a regulated environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with GMP cleaning standards, managing financial performance, and driving high levels of client satisfaction and service quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at team leadership, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all site services operations, including janitorial/environmental services teams and supervisors
  • Ensure strict adherence to GMP cleaning standards, sanitation protocols, and infection control practices
  • Manage departmental financials, including budget development, forecasting, and expense control
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data, reports, and operational metrics
  • Establish work standards, cleaning schedules, and workflows to support regulated and critical environments
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies, including health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
  • Lead, coach, and develop staff to improve productivity, engagement, and performance
  • Proactively drive initiatives to achieve facility goals and enhance operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in Facilities or Environmental Services Management, preferably in healthcare, GMP, or regulated environments
  • Proven experience managing janitorial operations and GMP-compliant cleaning programs
  • Demonstrated success supervising staff and leading teams
  • Strong understanding of GMP standards, sanitation procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and leadership
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
