THE REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The Vice President of Sales is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.   • Identify and prioritize opportunities across aerospace, life sciences, semiconductor, and energy sectors.

  • Partner with executive leadership on long-term planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
  • Apply strong commercial acumen to optimize EBITDA and free cash flow
  • Leverage 80/20 principles and lean methodologies to focus on high-value customers and product

Sales Leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, technically proficient sales organization
