Overview:

Senior Director, Enterprise Imaging Services leads the development and coordinates comprehensive service line programs within the care delivery system and health plan services. Facilitates conversation with physicians, medical group, hospital and service line leadership to develop, coordinate, and implement service line programs. The senior director incorporates the financial, operational, care delivery system, clinical outcomes, implementation strategy, and provides updates regarding program results. In collaboration with key imaging leaders, develops regional strategies for quality, growth, technology, recruitment, and strategic positioning within the community for imaging services

Education

  • Master's Level Degree in related field

Experience

  • 7 years of leadership
  • 4 years of service line experience.
  • Multispecialty medical group or hospital system experience with exposure to specific service line; development of long range strategic plans across matrixes; proven ability to develop strong physician relationships/ alignment and integration efforts across highly competitive, disparate, unique and diverse markets; experience conducting transformation initiatives for similar sized system(s) across a key service line, with history of developing physician leaders/advocates in assisting with coordination of care.
