Fujifilm is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Digital Commerce lead the commercialization, growth, and operational execution of digital photo products and commerce initiatives.
This role is responsible for the business management, performance, and execution of assigned digital commerce programs and strategic growth initiatives, including digital photo storefronts, print-to-retail initiatives, and future direct-to-consumer expansion opportunities. The Director will serve as the primary business leader responsible for financial performance, cross-functional execution, customer experience, and strategic partner coordination.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Business Ownership & Financial Management
  • Own the overall business performance, including revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of financial objectives.
  • Develop annual operating plans and long-range business forecasts.
  • Monitor business performance metrics and identify opportunities to drive growth and improve profitability.
  • Develop executive-level reporting, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Digital Commerce Business Management
  • Lead the day-to-day management and execution of commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment across business, operational, and technology functions.
  • Develop business requirements, operating models, and processes that support successful launch and ongoing business performance.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales Teams to coordinate activities and ensure execution against business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators across commercial, operational, and customer experience functions and communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Develop recommendations and business cases that support future digital commerce capabilities and commercial expansion opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for assigned digital commerce programs, coordinating activities across Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and the Sales organizations.
  • Lead cross-functional governance processes and ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Identify risks, remove barriers, and drive issue resolution to maintain execution momentum.
  • Influence and drive accountability across highly matrixed teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Provide regular business updates, performance reporting, and recommendation to executive leadership.

Retailer & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary business point of contact for assigned digital commerce programs and related print-to-retail initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with internal Sales teams, which retain ownership of the retailer relationships, to ensure alignment and priorities, communications, and execution plans.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with strategic business and technology partners, including requirements gathering, issue resolution, and ongoing program governance.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business objectives.

Program Leadership & Business Execution
  • Lead end-to-end business execution of assigned digital commerce programs from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring participating teams are aligned on deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and drive resolution to maintain business objectives and launch commitments.
  • Establish governance processes, operating rhythms, and executive reporting mechanisms to provide transparency into program performance and key decisions.

Customer Experience & Performance Management
  • Monitor business, operational, and customer experience performance metrics and partner with functional teams to address identified opportunities and risks.
  • Leverage data and insights to recommend improvements that enhance customer experience and overall business perforce.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and communicate performance reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, commercialization, product management, business operations, or general management.
  • Demonstrated experience owning business performance and P&L accountability
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across matrixed organizations.
  • Experience leading large-scale initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced, evolving environments.
