  • A leader whoโ€™s comfortable supervising staff and also jumping in to provide handson support when needed
  • A steady, dependable presence who stays patient and calm during busy or challenging moments
  • A reliable professional with a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driverโ€™s license, and dependable transportation
