As a Senior Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of crucial duties, including:

• Providing comprehensive mental health services to children, adults, and families dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance and collaboration with licensed professionals, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and tailor approaches effectively.
• Utilizing therapeutic interventions and behavioral management strategies to monitor and manage client behaviors, promoting health and well-being.
• Engaging in regular consultation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive and effective counseling and psychotherapy services.
• Tracking and evaluating client outcomes to adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure optimal therapeutic effectiveness.
• Equipping families with skills and resources that enhance their child’s development and address familial challenges.
• Employing third-wave therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches to enrich patient care.
