Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.
  • Implement established therapeutic techniques personalized to meet each client's needs, promoting their emotional resilience and well-being.
  • Assist clients in developing effective coping strategies, enriched insights, and essential skills to address their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations regarding mental health practice.
  • Provide decision support to clients by exploring multiple treatment options together and collaborating on tailored care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family and Marriage Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
  • Minimum of three years of post-graduate experience delivering therapeutic services in clinical settings.
  • Strong ethical integrity and adherence to professional codes of conduct and all pertinent legal regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective therapy and client interaction.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training or certification in evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
  • Experience using teletherapy platforms and familiarity with digital tools that enhance client engagement and therapeutic delivery.
  • Background in working with a diverse clientele, including underserved populations or varied socioeconomic backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits
