To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.

  • Underwrites commercial real estate credit reviews and analyzes the risks associated with the borrower's financial condition, recommending risk-rating changes where appropriate.
  • Performs financial reviews on required credits
  • Analyzes repayment ability and personal cash flow
  • Reviews and interprets personal and business credit reports
  • Analyzes commercial leases
  • Reviews professional real estate appraisals
  • Follows for property insurance documentation
  • Performs property inspections
  • Other duties as directed
