The Director of Content and Service Line Marketing oversees the development and execution of strategic content marketing initiatives and service line marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and growth for Arkansas Children's services and programs.
Required Education:
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Recommended Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
Required Work Experience:
High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. In lieu of a High School Diploma/GED, 9 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Description
1. Lead and mentor the service line marketing and content marketing teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the achievement of team goals.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the health system's goals, focusing on enhancing brand awareness, patient education and engagement.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across marketing initiatives.
4. Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate content and marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
5. Prepare, justify and administer departmental and program budgets.
6. Ensure the development of compelling and informative content across various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, videography, photography and printed materials
7. Oversee the development and maintenance of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that supports key marketing objectives and service line priorities.
8. Facilitate communication and coordination between marketing, physician liaisons, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of efforts and maximize results.
9. Oversee service line marketing initiatives, working closely with clinical leaders and the broader marketing team to promote specialized services and programs.
10. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to promote our services and generate referrals.
