Job Summary

The Client Engagement Coordinator is responsible for creating exceptional experiences for members of the Red Wagon Club. This role owns and manages the planning and execution of member events, manages the club's online presence and communications, and develops initiatives that strengthen member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.


This position serves as the operational leader of the Red Wagon Club, ensuring members remain connected to the firm long after their estate plan is complete.


Job Responsibilities 

Red Wagon Club Management

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Red Wagon Club.
  • Welcome and onboard new members.
  • Maintain accurate membership records.
  • Coordinate membership renewals and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and recommend improvements.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute monthly Red Wagon Club events.
  • Coordinate quarterly signature client appreciation events.
  • Manage event registrations, confirmations, and attendee communications.
  • Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, decorations, and event logistics.
  • Prepare event budgets and track expenses.
  • Ensure events are delivered providing an exceptional client experience.

Member Engagement

  • Develop creative ways to increase member participation.
  • Encourage attendance at educational workshops and member events.
  • Build relationships with members through ongoing communication.
  • Gather feedback and implement improvements based on member suggestions.
  • Foster a welcoming and engaging community environment.

Website & Digital Presence

  • Maintain the Red Wagon Club website with current event information and resources.
  • Update member-only content as needed.
  • Coordinate online event registration.
  • Ensure all digital information is accurate and current.

Social Media & Communications

  • Manage the Red Wagon Club Facebook page and/or private member group.
  • Coordinate engaging social media content highlighting upcoming events, educational opportunities, and member stories.
  • Coordinate newsletters, email communications, and event reminders.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all member communications.

Collaboration

  • Partner with other staff members to ensure new members transition smoothly into the club.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, marketing, and client services staff to promote events and educational opportunities.
  • Work closely with leadership and senior leadership to develop new engagement initiatives and member benefits.

  • Availability in evenings is required
  • Travel to multiple locations – Holland, Portage, Norton Shores, and East Lansing (potentially more in the future) is required approximately 1 day per week
